To ensure your performance experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the information below. If you have any questions that are not addressed in this guide, please see our FAQ page or contact the Box Office at boxoffice@interlochen.org or 800.681.5920.

Tickets

Your digital tickets have been sent to you via email. Please take a moment to confirm receipt of your tickets and save the email in an easy-to-access location—such as your email account’s “Favorites” or “Starred” folder. You can also save your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet or take a screenshot. If you have not received your tickets, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@interlochen.org as soon as possible.

When you arrive at the venue, please pull your tickets up on your phone and have them ready to scan.

Getting Here

Our address is 4000 J Maddy Parkway, Interlochen, MI 49643. We highly recommend that you arrive early to avoid traffic congestion and allow ample time for parking and walking to the venue.

Construction on US-31 will cause detours, delays, and new traffic patterns this summer. Please plan accordingly.

Parking

General parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking lots open two hours before the venue doors open—please refer to the “Know Before You Go” email for specific times for the performance you are attending.

Accessible parking is available throughout campus on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see the campus map to locate accessible parking closest to Corson Auditorium.

Bag Policy

There are no bag size or type restrictions for shows in Corson Auditorium.

Prohibited Items

Food and drink, including personal water bottles, are not allowed in Corson Auditorium.

Michigan law prohibits any weapons, including concealed weapons and knives of any size, on Interlochen property.

Interlochen prohibits alcohol, drugs, and smoking—including e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and illegal drugs—on Interlochen property.

Have extra time before the concert begins? We encourage you to enjoy the natural beauty and unique ambiance of our campus. Our main campus features acres of mature forests, stunning views of Green Lake, dozens of sculptures and public art pieces, and hundreds of buildings—from historic fieldstone structures to state-of-the-art facilities that have won notable architecture awards.

Immersion in nature is a key component of the educational experience at Interlochen: It’s not uncommon to hear a pianist practicing or see a visual artist working en plein air as you walk through our campus. Download Campus Map

On-Campus Dining Options

Food and drink, including personal water bottles, are prohibited in Corson Auditorium. Bottled water will be available for purchase inside the venue; limited on-campus options are available before the show.

Melody Freeze

Our campus ice cream shop, The Melody Freeze, serves a variety of soft-serve ice cream treats. The Melody Freeze is located near the Box Office and is open before most summer performances.

Accessibility

Drop-Off Area

Guests who require a shorter path to the venue may be dropped off at the designated pull-off area in front of Corson Auditorium.

Courtesy wheelchairs are available upon request and may be used to transport guests from the drop-off area to your seat. Locate an usher for assistance.

Barrier-Free Access

Barrier-free restrooms are available.

Listening Devices

Corson Auditorium is equipped with an induction loop system. Patrons simply flip a switch on their T-coil-equipped hearing aid, and the sound is transmitted directly into their ears. If your hearing aid is not equipped with a T-coil, please see an usher for a receiver box.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals as defined by the American with Disabilities Act are permitted in Corson Auditorium and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Emotional support animals are not allowed inside the venue.
