Electronic Digital Instrument at Arts Academy

Why Study Electronic Digital Instrument at Interlochen

Technology has revolutionized the concept of "instrument." Today's instruments run on binary rather than breath. At Interlochen, you'll master digital instrument techniques, giving you the skills you need to create, compose, and collaborate. Let your imagination run wild in this world of blips and boops.

What You’ll Learn

At our boarding school for electronic digital instruments, you'll be able to combine your passion for music with the technical aspects of music production.

With guidance from our expert instructors, you'll learn how to use audio gear, and how to record and mix music. You'll also work weekly on creative programming and music composition projects, developing your unique voice as you progress through the program. There will be abundant opportunities for collaboration with students and faculty artists as well. You'll develop vision and sensibility, along with an impressive technical tool kit.
