- Recruit, retain, and support a greater number of diverse students, faculty, and staff with robust programming
- Support guest speakers who will deepen Interlochen’s cultural competence and commitment
- Attract a more ethnically and culturally diverse array of guest artists to empower and inspire the entire Interlochen community.
