Experience Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tony Award-winning megamusical as the Arts Academy Theatre Division stages Cats. On the eve of their annual ball, a group of cats known as the Jellicles selects one cat to ascend to the Heaviside Layer and be reborn to a new life. But as the contenders make their cases, Macavity the Mystery Cat appears and kidnaps the Jellicles’ leader, Old Deuteronomy. Don’t miss a fun and fantastical musical based on T.S. Eliot’s 1939 poetry collection Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.
