Encore Express
Encore Express is a complimentary shuttle service that provides convenient transportation to select performances at Kresge Auditorium and the Interlochen Bowl.
Designed to make attending performances easier and more accessible, the service is especially beneficial for guests who prefer to avoid longer walks or who have mobility or accessibility considerations. All guests are welcome to use the shuttle service, subject to availability.
Pick-Up Locations: Designated stops at Parking Lots A, B, C, E, H, K, and N, as well as the Assisted Access drop-off location.
Drop-Off Locations: Kresge Auditorium and Interlochen Bowl event gates
Start Times: Shuttle service begins 90 minutes before Interlochen Arts Festival performances and 60 minutes before World Youth Symphony Orchestra performances.
Return Service: Shuttles operate following the conclusion of each performance.

US-31 Construction Near Interlochen Begins in April, Lasts Through Summer
Road construction on US-31 starts in mid-April lasting through the summer, bringing significant traffic changes to the Interlochen area. If you are driving through this spring and summer, expect detours and temporary road closures at J. Maddy Parkway and South Long Lake Road as crews begin work on highway improvements and a new roundabout.
