Interlochen Arts Academy students are preparing for the world premiere of MUKTI, a multidisciplinary performance that will debut in David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.

On March 3, 130 Interlochen students will make history as Interlochen Arts Academy becomes one of the first visiting institutions in the world to take the stage at the newly renovated David Geffen Hall. Spanning all artistic disciplines as only Interlochen can, Academy students will premiere a new multidisciplinary work, मुक्ति : MUKTI, and perform side-by-side with musicians from the New York Philharmonic.

Listen in as Interlochen’s Chair of Contemporary Music and मुक्ति : MUKTI co-director Courtney Kaiser-Sandler shares a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the multidisciplinary showcase that will lead up to the side-by-side performance by the Interlochen Arts Academy Orchestra and members of the New York Philharmonic.
