Between performances, students will share engaging insights into the history behind the concertos—exploring who Mozart composed them for, the instruments of his time, and what makes these pieces enduring cornerstones of the horn repertoire.

The evening culminates in a grand finale as the entire horn studio unites for a horn choir transcription of a Mozart concerto movement—a joyful and resonant tribute to the master composer’s legacy.
