How to Pay

At Interlochen Arts Camp, we strive to provide an enriching and unforgettable experience for all our students. Part of ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience involves simplifying the payment process.

Arts Camp tuition is due in full by May 1. This ensures that your student's account is settled in advance, allowing you to focus solely on the excitement of their upcoming Interlochen experience. 

All statements are sent via email. Interlochen accepts three payment options:

  • Check: Please make checks payable to Interlochen Arts Camp and include your camper's name and camp session(s) in the memo line. Mail your check to the address provided on your statement. 
  • Credit Card (CC): We accept major credit cards. Simply provide your card details securely through our online payment portal, which will be included in your statement email. Please note that a convenience fee applies. 
  • ACH (Automated Clearing House): This electronic funds transfer option allows you to pay directly from your bank account. Follow the instructions provided in your statement email.
