Campers experience all the fun of summer — from cabin games and activities to enjoying the sun and exploring the great outdoors — all while practicing, performing, and making art. Perfect your skills and learn new ones alongside soon-to-be lifelong friends.
Arts Camp Summer 2024 Sessions and Dates
Interlochen Arts Camp offers a variety of session lengths and dates for multiple age ranges (grades 3-12). Six-week programs are available for ALL age groups, four-week sessions are available for grades 3-6, three-week sessions are available for grades 6-12, two-week sessions are available to grades 3-6, and one-week "Intensive" programs are available for grades 9-12.

Create Art Alongside Adventure
Bring your curiosity and excitement. Leave with new techniques, lots of life and camp experience, and lasting memories. You’ll find counselors, faculty, and mentors who will provide exceptional instruction and help your talent grow—and you'll feel energized from the inspiration of your fellow young artists from around the world.
Learn, Create, and Perform
You’ll spend your days practicing your art, or stretching your creativity by trying new opportunities at one of the best summer camps for the arts. You'll explore interests and experience adventures outside of your arts discipline in an amazing environment. And you’ll do it surrounded by exceptional instructors and talented friends who will cheer you on.
Explore the Outdoors
Experience the wonders of nature in environmental studies classes. Enjoy our scenic campus during your free time. Go swimming, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, or sailing on one of our two freshwater lakes—or take on some friendly competition in individual and team sports.

19 current and former Interlochen Arts Academy students, 68 Interlochen Arts Camp alumni, and 4 Interlochen Online participants were honored in one of the nation’s leading competitions for young artists.
More than 70 Arts Camp and Arts Academy alumni received nominations across 14 award categories, including Best Large Jazz Ensemble Album, Best Musical Theater Album, and Best Folk Album.
