Dr. Jonathan M. Gregoire (IAA 04-06, IAC 03-05, IAC Staff 06, 07, 09) is an organist, educator, and creative coach dedicated to inspiring musicians through artistry, innovation, and personal growth. With a doctorate in organ performance and as a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, Gregoire has cultivated a career that bridges traditional performance with holistic artistic development.

Praised for his "top-notch technique and musicianship" by the Dallas Morning News, Gregoire has performed in renowned venues across the U.S. and Europe. His engaging performances are praised for their “unfailing drive, energy, and expression.” His work blends technical mastery with a deep understanding of music’s emotional and spiritual power. As a former Associate Director of Music at a 7,000-member church in the Dallas Metroplex, he led creative programming and founded an arts foundation. He is currently the Artist-in-Residence at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration in Dallas.

Gregoire earned his high school diploma from Interlochen Arts Academy, where he graduated Salutatorian and received the coveted Young Artist Award as well as Academic Awards in Mathematics and Chemistry. He was a featured performer for the Interlochen Arts Academy’s 50th Anniversary Collage Concert.

An advocate for music as a transformative experience, he integrates mindfulness, visualization, and performance strategy into his teaching. He is passionate about helping young musicians develop not only technical excellence but also the mindset and confidence to thrive in their artistic journeys. His approach emphasizes structured yet adaptable systems that support creativity, discipline, and well-being—principles he shares in his coaching work with high-achieving artists.

Gregoire's dedication to the next generation of musicians makes him a dynamic and engaging mentor. At Interlochen Arts Camp, he looks forward to guiding students in exploring the vast expressive possibilities of the organ while fostering a deeper connection to their artistry.
