Dr. Deborah (Kalasz) Podolka (AS 75-77, IAC/NMC 78-79, IAC St 08) has opened The Cibolo Flute Studio in Cibolo Texas. Teaching all levels of the flute for both the adult and youth player, Dr.Podolka sends flute students to Interlochen each year.
Lito Velasco (IAA 88-92, IAC St 91) recently completed the scores for Fredheads: The Documentary and the feature film Bedridden.
Priyanka Voruganti (IAA 19-20) received the Sam Hadfield Prize from Queens College, Cambridge for her poems "Doomsday," "The Potter," and "Mindfulness."
