Follow a family of Italian migrants through the turbulent Ellis Island immigration process in this new, student-written opera from Interlochen Arts Academy Opera Theatre. Composition student James C. Teti and Creative Writing student Alexander Stillwell collaborate on this Chamber Opera, which interrogates American immigration politics. Join us for this heartfelt expression of homesickness and familial love, and an impressive display of Interlochen talent from varied art forms.
