Camp Positions

As a summer employee, you'll play a vital role in making memorable experiences for 2,500 young artists. With 1,000 positions available in a variety of capacities, you'll find the perfect fit for your skills and passions.  

Most of our summer employees live in on-campus housing, which means you'll be fully integrated into our vibrant community. Whether you join us for one week or seven, you'll be transformed and renewed by the creative energy that pulsates through the pines during our summer sessions.

Volunteer Opportunities

Whether you're a longtime supporter or looking to get involved in your community, volunteering at Interlochen is a great way to make an impact. 

As a volunteer, you'll join a team of more than 500 dedicated individuals who give generously of their time to support young artists and community-focused public radio. From planting flowers to taking pledges, there are countless fun and fulfilling ways to volunteer at Interlochen. Here are a few:

  • Usher at concerts
  • Lead campus tours
  • Greet first-time visitors at the Information Booth
  • Sew costumes for dance and theatre performances
  • Plant flowers on Osterlin Mall
  • Answer phones during Interlochen Public Radio’s fund drives
