We’re thrilled to have you as a Camp Ambassador for the 2025-2026 school year! As an ambassador, your enthusiasm and personal Interlochen story can help others ignite a lifelong passion for the arts. Use the resources below to help make a list of who you'll contact, make a plan for what you'll share, and make a great impression. You get to decide who you talk with about Interlochen.
What will I do as a Camp Ambassador?
Brainstorm activities to complete!
Brainstorm what activities you would like to complete. Here are a few examples, but the possibilities are endless!
- Hang up Interlochen posters at school, libraries, arts organizations, etc.
- Speak at a school assembly about your summer at Camp
- Give a presentation to a school group
- Set-up a table at a youth orchestra performance and answer questions about Interlochen Arts Camp
- Make a video for social media
- Write an article for your school newspaper about what you learned at Interlochen Arts Camp this summer
- Host a Zoom call for families interested in Camp from your local area
Complete at least ONE activity by December 10!

What should I do if I meet someone who is interested in applying to Interlochen Arts Camp?
If you have friends or classmates who are interested in applying to Interlochen, you can submit an alumni referral via this form! By submitting this form, your referral will waive the application fee for any new applicants referred, and those admitted may be eligible to receive a $500 scholarship to Camp for summer 2026.
Please note: this is offer is only for new applicants and does not apply to the referral of immediate family members or for the one-week Intensive programs. All referrals must be submitted via the referral form and be received before the applicant receives their admission decision.

Recruitment Materials
The following materials are useful for starting a conversation or sharing more details after a meeting! Feel free to share these digital with prospective students, families, teachers, and arts leaders in your community.
