Camp Ambassadors
We’re thrilled to have you as a Camp Ambassador for the 2024-25 school year!
As an ambassador, your enthusiasm and personal Interlochen story can help others ignite a lifelong passion for the arts. Use the resources below to help make a list of who you'll contact, make a plan for what you'll share, and make a great impression. You get to decide who you talk with about Interlochen. You can use some of the examples we brainstormed in the Zoom trainings (link to a recorded training, below!). Or, feel free to be as creative as you'd like!
What dates do I need to keep in mind?
On February 1 | Post a video for I Heart Camp Day!
- Post a video on February 1 to your social media (with parental permission) or a parents social media page. Be sure to tag @interlochenarts!
By February 25 | Make a video for Act for Art!
- Ask a parent or guardian for permission, and record a video expressing gratitude to the donors that support scholarships for Interlochen students.

- We ask that you please submit your videos by February 25.
Ongoing throughout the spring
- Keep talking to friends, organizations, teachers, etc. about Interlochen Arts Camp! Fill out this form when you complete an activity.
- We may reach out to you about connecting to an admitted camper either in your local area, or in your same arts area! It's helpful for new families to hear more about the Camp experience directly from a former camper!

What should I do if I meet someone who is interested in applying to Interlochen Arts Camp?
If you have friends or classmates who are interested in applying to Interlochen, you can submit an alumni referral via this form! By submitting this form, your referral will waive the application fee for any new applicants referred, and those admitted may be eligible to receive a $500 scholarship to Camp for summer 2025.
Please note: this is offer is only for new applicants and does not apply to the referral of immediate family members or for the one-week Intensive programs. All referrals must be submitted via the referral form and be received before the applicant receives their admission decision.
