Engagement Council

Interlochen's Engagement Council (formerly Alumni Board) is an advisory body representing Interlochen’s wide range of constituencies and supporting the institutional mission and strategic initiatives. Membership is by invitation and includes alumni, parents, and volunteers committed to advancing Interlochen's engagement efforts.

Council members are active advocates and ambassadors for Interlochen in their local communities and represent diverse geographic regions, constituencies, and disciplines. The term of office for each Council member is two years. No Council member may serve more than three (3) terms in succession.

Council Committees

Committees contribute toward specific goals and actively participate in work that makes a difference. Committees meet three to four times yearly and focus on achieving goals outlined in a defined work plan. Membership includes Council members and other volunteers from the Interlochen community.
