Internationally acclaimed guitarist, songwriter, and composer Sara Landeau is a versatile performer with extensive international and regional performance experiences. She has headlined renowned music festivals worldwide with legendary bands Bikini Kill and The Julie Ruin. Sara has a notable discography, having written, recorded, and released multiple albums, singles, and videos across various popular styles. Her guitar compositions are showcased on prestigious platforms, high-profile TV series, commercials, movies, and new media.

In addition to her performing career, Sara Landeau is an award-winning educator with an MFA in music and ongoing Ph.D. studies. With two decades of expertise in guitar instruction, ensemble leadership, and popular music education, she is recognized for her teaching excellence. Sara has received accolades such as the 2023 Lessonface Spotlight Guitar Teacher Award (among 2500+ teachers) and the 2015 Girls Rock Camp Teaching Excellence and Activist Award.
