About Karissa
Karissa Bone is a Greek-American artist, songwriter, and producer from Saginaw, Michigan who’s quickly becoming known for her unique, indie-inspired sound and “lyrics that are a masterclass in storytelling” (Early Rising). Since moving to Los Angeles, she’s been recruited to write for some of her favorites voices in pop today, been featured in The FADER, had music placed in film/tv, performed in Charlie Burg’s Blue Wave Band, and much more. Due to her experience in the industry, she’s also a sought-after educator and has taught songwriting workshops at her alma mater Berklee College of Music, as well as worked with the non-profit Major Chords for Minors in Michigan.
