About Jeff

Prior to arriving at Interlochen, Jeff Perales spent the last 29 years serving at two residential boarding schools. The last 17 years of his career were spent at Milton Hershey School where he led two different divisions as Head of School for 10 years. Perales also served as Building Principal, Assistant Principal, and Residential Administrator.

I am a servant leader that enhances student life and development by fostering an environment where every individual can thrive into successful and responsible citizens. I believe that a successful student experience is a continuous holistic journey built upon a foundation of safe and trusted relationships through shared common values.
