He is currently faculty with the Dayton Ballet School, where he teaches ballet technique, pointe, partnering, and jazz classes. Jones is an alumnus of Interlochen Arts Camp.
My teaching philosophy is to give every student a strong understanding of ballet technique that they can utilize in all other dance styles and genres. It is also important to me to provide this instruction in an environment that is safe, and where students feel motivated to learn. Another important philosophy in my teaching is for students to work and build their ability safely, without forcing technique in ways that could lead to injury.
