About Charles

Rick Land is a retired band director who has 30 years teaching experience at the college, high school, and middle school level. He has been a successful middle school and high school conductor of both bands and choruses and has consistently received superior ratings at state and local festivals.He serves as an adjudicator for both marching and concert bands and as a clinician. He has conducted honor bands throughout the South and serves as the director of Junior Bands at the Interlochen Center for the Arts.
