Anthony LaVerde is a senior executive whose career spans Wall Street finance, entertainment, and advanced manufacturing. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Voltava, a $2B+ automotive supplier and certified minority business enterprise, where he led diversification strategy across the company's growing portfolio, including its expansion into energy storage systems and adjacent technologies.
Prior to Voltava, Anthony served nearly eight years as Chief Executive Officer of Emagine Entertainment, where he led the chain's growth to twenty-seven theaters across five states. Under his leadership, Emagine ranked first in nearly every operating metric in its industry, navigated the COVID-era disruption to the cinema business, and executed a national expansion strategy that included the acquisition of the historic Birmingham 8 and high-profile partnerships such as the Caesars Sportsbook Lounge powered by Emagine.
Earlier in his career, Anthony spent two decades in finance in New York, Stamford, and Chicago, including roles at SAC Capital, First New York, and William Blair. He is a past Crain's Detroit 40 Under 40 honoree and serves on multiple boards, including Jay's Juniors.
