About Amelia

Amelia Nickles is an actor, choreographer, and director who resides in New York City. She has been teaching for the past eighteen years. She left home at the age of 15 to pursue a career in professional ballet at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

I provide a safe space where students feel included and can experience both successes and failures with support and guidance. I empower the students to take risks, work in a collaborative space, and approach the creative process with joy and openness.
