Celebrate the 60th commencement of Interlochen Arts Academy on Saturday, May 28, at 10 a.m. in Kresge Auditorium or via livestream.
Renowned conductor and Interlochen alumnus Cristian Măcelaru will be the 2022 commencement speaker. Joining Măcelaru on stage is senior speaker Eloise Hartings (music). Senior performers include Kimmy Nelson, Elias Rashmawi, Parker Pernyak, and John Calma as the group Fourtissimo, a trombone quartet. They will perform “No More Blues” by Antônio Carlos Jobim, arranged by Kim Scharnberg.
