The Rhythm of an Unforgettable Summer
What does it feel like to live in a place where everyone shares your passion for creativity? A day at Interlochen Arts Camp is a vibrant, carefully balanced blend of intensive artistic focus, outdoor recreation, and community connection.
A Snapshot of Your Day
- 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Focused Artistic Training: Dive into morning master classes, rehearsals, sectionals, or intensive studio time.
- 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. | Midday Refuel: Head to one of our three campus cafeterias to grab lunch, catch up with friends, and recharge.
- 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. | Broadening Horizons: Explore electives, workshops, or collaborative projects that stretch your creative boundaries.
- 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. | Classic Summer Fun: Swim in Green or Duck Lake, play sports, or hang out with friends under the pines.
- Evening | The Camp Magic: Attend nightly performances and faculty presentations, then end the night with a traditional cabin gathering.
