Janell Cannon’s New York Times-bestselling children’s book Stellaluna comes to life in a heartwarming and accessible stage adaptation written and directed by Arts Academy Instructor of Theatre Laura Mittelstaedt. Separated from her mother, baby fruit bat Stellaluna struggles to fit in with a family of birds. But when her true identity is revealed, Stellaluna learns the importance of being your authentic self—and that friendships can thrive despite our differences.

To better serve our community, we are committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all to experience the arts.
