Interlochen Shakespeare Festival receives Wilde Award nominations

EncoreMichigan.com recently announced its nominations for the 15th annual Wilde Awards and the Interlochen Shakespeare Festival is among those honored. Interlochen Center for the Arts Director of Theatre Bill Church and longtime Interlochen Center for the Arts theatre faculty member David Montee are among those nominated.

Church and Montee received their nominations for their work on the 2015 Interlochen Shakespeare Festival production of As You Like It.

Since 2002, The Wilde Awards has honored the best productions, performances and technical work produced or presented by professional theaters throughout Michigan. For more information on The Wilde Awards visit EncoreMichigan.com.

This July, Church and Montee return to the Interlochen Shakespeare Festival in this summer’s production of the classic Romeo & Juliet.
