Melinda Zacher Ronayne

Melinda Zacher Ronayne leads all aspects of visual arts education at the Camp and Academy. Ms. Ronayne received her bachelor's degree and her master's in arts education from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore (MICA). She has taught art at the high school level for six years, most recently at the Design and Architecture Senior High School, a visual arts magnet school in Miami. Ronayne also served as an admission counselor and coordinator of scholarship programs at MICA. In this role, she visited hundreds of high school visual arts programs around the country, evaluating the work of high school students who had an interest in continuing their studies in visual arts. A photographer and graphic designer, she has also done work in New York and Miami, and has held exhibitions in Baltimore and South Florida.
