Having worked for Interlochen Center for the Arts since 2006, Lyndsay currently serves as the Instrument Services Manager and Percussion Repair Technician, and is the Personnel Manager for both the Academy Orchestra and Academy Choir. Her background is in music education and band instrument repair, and she recently received a Master of Science in Administration degree with concentrations in Public Administration and Human Resource Administration. 
 
Lyndsay is an active hiker and volunteer for Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore's Adopt-a-Trail program, and plays bari sax in the local community college big band.
