Grimaldo serves as the Enrollment Officer for Brass and Diversity Recruitment at Interlochen. Grimaldo first joined Interlochen as a Junior Boys cabin counselor in 1995 and then moved to the Human Resources Office in 1999. He served as the Coordinator of Seasonal Employment for 8 years and in 2007 moved to Houston, TX to work at The Shepherd School of Music at Rice University. Grimaldo worked as the Graduate Music Admissions Assistant and in the summer of 2009 came back to Interlochen to head up Diversity Recruitment in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.
