As a five year-old, Angelique saw a live performance of a cello ensemble in Haiti - and she was hooked. She started her musical career soon after on a toy cello her parents made out of cardboard. In the summer of 2012, she played in the World Youth Symphony Orchestra, a collection of musicians from widely different backgrounds who share Angelique's passion for music.
