Job Title: Health Services Secretary
Reports to: Director of Health and Wellness Services
Position Purpose: To provide support to the daily functioning of Health Services.
Essential Job Functions: Duties include but are not limited to data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing multiple tasks.
Other Job Duties: Other duties as needed to support other members of the Health Services staff.
Equipment Used: Desktop computer, phone with multiple lines, fax machine.
Qualifications: Good computer skills including the ability to type documents and send/receive e-mails are essential. Previous work in an office environment is preferred. Good communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a hectic environment, and the ability to learn quickly are also important in this position.
Compensation: Salary $900 including room and board for 40 hours per week for 6 weeks.
