Job Title: Band Instrument Repair Technician
Reports to: Instrument Services Coordinator
Position Purpose: To provide on-site repairs and adjustments to ICA-owned and privately-owned brass and woodwind instruments
Essential Job Functions: Diagnose and repair basic problems associated with brass and woodwind
Other Job Duties: Advise campers and faculty as to proper care of and safe handling of instruments;
Equipment Used: Hand and shop tools typical of this trade (must have prior training in this field)
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a formal accredited training program or have sufficient work experience in this field; must be courteous and friendly when working with students, faculty and other technicians; must provide own hand tools
Compensation: $2900 base salary, including room and board
