Job Title: Assistant Percussion Coordinator

Reports to: Coordinator of Facilities & Calendar Scheduling and Percussion Coordinator

Position Purpose: Works closely with the Percussion Coordinator to provide percussion equipment for daily rehearsals and performances.

Essential Job Functions: Works with Percussion Coordinator to monitor percussion equipment use, enforce policies to protect and maintain instruments; keep and update the ICA percussion inventory; works closely with stage services and ensemble managers; helps determine equipment and repair needs.

Other Job Duties: There will be occasional need to assist with dance, theatre, and guest artist productions as well.

Equipment Used: Percussion, computer, phones, golf carts, two-way radios, large rental truck

Qualifications: Must be a minimum of 18 years old and/or have graduated high school.  Experienced percussionist required.  Customer service oriented and organized individual who can deal with many dynamic personalities is a must.

Compensation: $1,400 plus room and board
