Live Webcasts Planned for Camp 2011

July 1, 2011

This summer Interlochen Arts Camp will present several live webcasts, allowing friends of Interlochen to view a live performance from anywhere in the world. The first webcast featured performances by the high school wind ensembles on July 2.

The second live webcast will take place on Friday July 8, at 8 p.m. and will showcase the World Youth Honors Choir, Interlochen Singers and the Intermediate Vocal Ensemble and Choir.

The third webcast of Camp 2011 will start at 7:30 p.m. on August 7 and will feature Les Preludes, the final performance of the season that involves hundreds of musicians and dancers. Steeped in tradition, the event still inspires performers, parents, visiting alumni and general audience. This year is the second time that Interlochen has streamed this event online.

To view any of the webcasts navigate to the Camp homepage, shortly before the scheduled start-time. There will be a large orange button that you will click to launch the webcast.
