Barbara Wolf 2007 Interlochen Digital Photography Workshop Participant
The Interlochen Digital Photography Workshop offers concurrent sessions and hands-on classes for both beginning and intermediate digital photographers. Courses emphasize the artistic value of digital imaging as a medium and its relation to traditional photography and other forms of artistic expression. Participants will learn about and experiment with the basic principles of photography, digital imaging technology, composition, lighting and use state-of-the-art software to process and print images.
Participants will be expected to provide their own digital camera, one empty/new media card (no larger than 1 GB) and one empty/new USB Flash Memory Drive (no larger than 1 GB). Please bring your camera manual, charger or extra batteries, external flash, sturdy tripod, camera cables plus any and all of your camera accessories that came with your camera when you purchased it. To make the most of this opportunity, participants should have a working knowledge of their camera, Adobe Photoshop software and should have at least a basic familiarity with the Macintosh operating system.
