As a five year-old, Angelique saw a live performance of a cello ensemble in Haiti - and she was hooked. She started her musical career soon after on a toy cello her parents made out of cardboard. In the summer of 2012, she played in the World Youth Symphony Orchestra, a collection of musicians from widely different backgrounds who share Angelique's passion for music.
Summer Arts Camp Program
In January 2010, Carol Jantsch an alumna of Interlochen Arts Camp and Academy returned to campus to give master classes and perform with the Academy orchestra.
The World Youth Symphony Orchestra is Interlochen Arts Camp's top orchestra. WYSO tackles exciting and challenging repertoire every summer.
