Overview

Students enrolled in the Drawing & Painting Studio focus on drawing and painting using a broad range of media, including charcoal, graphite, acrylics, watercolor and pastels. Emphasis will be placed on fundamentals of art and the development of each student's artistic expression, style and visual vocabulary. Student's work is influenced through frequent critiques, art history discussions and guest artists.

  • Drawing & Painting Studio is a two-period class that allows students to develop solid foundations of image-making.
