Overview
The workshop will explore the musical theatre experience through work on songs, foundational acting techniques and limited choreography. Works in progress from the three-week workshop session will be presented in a revue performance with limited technical support. Experience level: Basic to Moderate.

- Musical Theatre Workshop encompasses acting, vocal work and movement.
- Acting Technique Class.
- One elective.
Audition Requirements
- Two 16-bar excerpts from two songs with piano accompaniment. One excerpt should be from an up-tempo song, and one should come from a ballad or slow song. Song excerpts should be no longer than 16 bars and should come from standard musical theatre repertoire.
- One monologue of your choice.
- Record the performance of the above items on a standard full-size VHS tape or preferably a DVD (US format).
- Submit and label the recording and its casing with the applicant’s full name, division, the program notation "INT-MT Workshop" and pieces presented.
Applicants who apply by February 1 will be notified of admission decisions by April 1. Late applicants will be notified on a rolling basis.
