Interlochen's Intermediate Music Program offers a variety of artistic experiences for students. Our two orchestras, one wind ensemble, mixed chorus, plus individual instruction and vocal technique classes provide students with a comprehensive and stimulating program of performance and learning.
Winds and Percussion: Students will be accepted into either the Orchestra or Wind Symphony based on their audition at the time of application. Seating placement within the specific ensembles will be determined by audition at the beginning of camp.
Strings: Students will be placed in the orchestras based on auditions held at the beginning of camp.
Summer 2009 Intermediate Music Camp Programs
Applicants who apply by February 1 will be notified of admission decisions no later than April 1. Later applicants will be notified on a rolling basis.
