Alumni and others familiar with Interlochen have always played a critical role in the institution’s admissions and hiring processes: alumni and friends are quick to recognize good candidates; they can answer questions promptly or direct the candidate to someone who will help; and they provide prospective students, faculty and staff with a personalized view of Interlochen.
The Ambassador program is helping others help Interlochen, by providing training and resources to boost recruiting efforts.
