Job Elements:
This position will manage the reception area within the Office of Admission & Financial Aid. This includes greeting campus visitors, serve as first responder to incoming calls, maintain office calendar, and keep office supplies stocked. Position will also administer enrollment procedures, including the processing of application documentation, process incoming and returned mail, file enrollment documents, coordinate supplemental application media, and manage the general email inbox. Ensuring data integrity within enrollment databases; position will perform accurate data entry, process audit reports, and facilitate the coordination and record-keeping of large meetings. Serve as the liaison with the Finance Office, Maintenance/Custodial and Food Services departments and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates possess a strong sense of initiative and are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork and independence. The successful candidate will have a service-oriented and professional approach with an engaging demeanor and strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office applications is required as is a high level of accuracy in computer entry. Candidates with an understanding and appreciation for the arts and its role in education are preferable, as well as those who have an understanding of a boarding school community and previous experience in enrollment management.
